What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We never sell it.
- Email address — to send you your report and manage your free session entitlement.
- Session transcript — generated from your voice session and used solely to produce your coaching report. Not stored on our systems after your report is delivered.
- Session metadata — which specialist you spoke with and when. Retained for 3 months, then deleted.
- Payment — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
AI processing
Your voice session is conducted via an AI voice platform, and your transcript is processed by an AI language model to generate your report. Your data is not used to train AI models. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
No tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not profile you or use your data for any purpose beyond delivering your report.
